3.1 General right of withdrawal / Return
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, he or she can return it within 30 days of receiving the ordered products .
Manuals, power cables, packaging materials, etc. must also always be included in the packaging.
If these above points are respected and the purchased product does not belong to the categories listed in art. 3.2 then a refund can be made.
Returning a product is free of charge, but you must submit your return request in advance to our customer service via INFO@BELOMAX.COM . 2) A NORTH employee will then contact you by email to explain the return procedure and will also email you the necessary labels or collection appointment.
3) The customer can prepare the package for return and have it collected as discussed with NORTH customer service or, in the case of a small package, it can be brought to a nearby delivery point.
4) When the product arrives at the NORTH warehouse, it will be checked for signs of use and all other points mentioned in art. 3.1.
5) If the product is as new and still in the original packaging, the return will be approved and a 100% refund will be given. If the item is not in the original packaging or the item has already been used, a depreciation may apply.

6.1 Delivery time
All orders placed on our website are delivered as quickly as possible. An indicative delivery time is stated for most products. This period starts from the working day after receipt of the order.
If no specific delivery period is stated, we use a maximum delivery period of 30 working days.
If the delivery period would be further delayed, an employee of Homeshop BVBA will inform the customer.
The customer then has the choice to abandon and cancel the order or to continue with a longer delivery period.
If the customer prefers a refund, the amount paid including any transport costs paid will be refunded to the bank account number provided.
The customer cannot at any time claim compensation for late delivery and the consequences thereof.
6.2 Place of delivery
Delivery will take place at the address provided when confirming your order. If the address was not provided correctly, it can still be changed within 24 hours after confirmation of the order.
If this period has expired and the product has already been shipped, an additional cost may be charged to the customer to provide a new address to the carrier.
The product is always delivered on the ground floor. This is because insurance contracts have been concluded for this method of delivery.
The driver will register one day in advance if it concerns large products, and for small products it will be delivered with a parcel service. The customer will always receive a tracking email to further track the package/delivery.
Delivery of Large Items
When delivering a larger product such as a trampoline or table tennis table, we will use our own transport service or an external transporter.
We will always contact you the day or a few days in advance to let you know that we will visit you the next working day or within a few working days. This way you don't have to wait at home for the package and you know approximately what date and time we will deliver the package.
Please note: If you are not at home during the first delivery after delivery has been confirmed by telephone or email, additional transport costs may be charged. For a second delivery, additional transport costs will be charged to the customer.
If the order cannot be delivered and the product is returned, the originally paid transport costs and the return costs will also be charged to the customer.
If the customer has already paid in advance, the Seller will refund the amount paid minus transport costs and any return costs. If payment has not yet been made in advance, the customer will receive an invoice for the transport and return costs incurred.
Please note: deliveries of large objects are only possible on the ground floor and the customer may be asked to assist with unloading.
6.3 Retention of title
The seller retains full ownership of the Products until all Your obligations have been fulfilled. In the absence of payment of the price, interest or additional costs incurred, the products remain the property of the seller. There will only be a transfer of ownership once all payments have been made. The customer is therefore not permitted to dispose of the product if these listed conditions are not met.
6.4 Risk Transfer
The transfer of risk takes place at the time of delivery as stated in Article 6.1 for the customer.
Upon delivery it is important to inspect the goods for damage. If the package shows damage, this must be clearly stated on the delivery note. If no damage is mentioned on the delivery note, this cannot be claimed from the seller or the carrier. In that case, these goods cannot be returned or refunded.

8.1 Warranty for consumer goods
The consumer always benefits from the legal warranty of 2 years on movable tangible property. This period starts to apply from the moment the product is delivered or collected. The invoice date counts as the start date here.
Second-hand goods have a limited function warranty with a term of 1 year. The warranty cannot be invoked for defects already mentioned in the second-hand product.
All products that show a defect during the warranty period can be returned to NORTH, Hoogkamerstraat 308F, 9140 Temse. We do recommend that you always send an email in advance to INFO@BELOMAX.COM so that we can provide a return label to the customer within the warranty period or so that NORTH can schedule a return order if it concerns a larger product.
In most cases we can provide parts to repair the defect. Once NORTH has received the email with all the information and a description of the warranty application, the warranty application can often be resolved fastest by sending a replacement part to the customer's home.
After receipt of the product, it will be examined by the manufacturer within the period specified by the manufacturer of the product. This can sometimes take some time. Once the product has been repaired, it can be collected at NORTH, Hoogkamerstraat 308F, 9140 Temse or we can send the repaired product back to you.
If the product can no longer be repaired or replaced, a partial or full refund will be issued.
The warranty does not apply if it can be demonstrated that the product is defective or damaged due to incorrect use, or because the product has not been used in accordance with the rule of 'due diligence'.
8.2 Indemnification
If there are any hidden defects, the consumer must report them to the seller within 14 days.
8.3 Costs for investigation or repair
If the products are no longer covered by the warranty period, the product can still often be repaired. If the customer wants to have this repaired or start an investigation to find the problem, this can be done at his own expense. The customer can also choose to have the product destroyed in that case.
